Benelli tecnomeccanica S. P. A. Was born out of the world famous benelli group, producing motorcycles in Italy for the past 90 years.

Our main products are frames for motorcycles, scooters and mopeds, tubing for various uses, metal framework for cars, two-wheeled vehicles and tractors, fittings and tubing in iron and other metals, welded metal frames for furniture industry in steel and aluminium and for fitness equipment.

Our customers include the majority of motorcycle manufacturers such as ducati, guzzi, piaggio, aprilia, derbi, gilera, as well as some famous names in automotive like ferrari and iveco trucks, or fitness equipment manufacturer technogym.

Our company is primarily involved in processing tubing, sheeting, assembling and welding them using mag and tig technologies. Processing tubes and sheeting includes bending, shaping, deforming and shearing them with mechanical, numerically controlled machines. The company is capable of processing light alloys for welding, finishing and heat treatment.

Benelli tecnomeccanica S. P. A. Primarily works on customer supplied designs and develops the best large scale production for them, working hand in hand with the customer's technical department (co-makership) to provide its own experience.

Benelli tecnomeccanica S. P. A. Designs and completely builds all tube processing and manual or robot welding equipment. The company is experimenting new processes like electron-beam, laser and friction welding, and has acquired a big experience in welding of aluminium alloy.
